NGRBC ↔ GRI ↔ BRSR crosswalk
BRSR is the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report that SEBI asks listed companies to file. It is built on nine principles, called the NGRBC principles. GRI (the Global Reporting Initiative) is a set of standards many global customers and investors ask for. This page shows which GRI disclosures line up with each BRSR question, so you can reuse the same figures for both instead of collecting them twice.
Read it either way: start from a BRSR question and see the GRI disclosures, or start from a GRI disclosure and see the BRSR questions.
How far to trust a link
Links marked Published by GRI and BSE come from the joint GRI and BSE guide (April 2022), which was written for the 2021 BRSR format. We matched its rows to today's questions by what each question asks, and wrote the short notes in our own words. Links marked Our reading are our own judgement and have not been checked by a sustainability or legal expert. Check the exact GRI wording before you rely on a link in a filing.
